Ricardo Alcala

Ricardo Adan Alcala was born on February 2nd, 1999 in Silvis, Illinois. He was born to Mexican parents Rogelio Alcala and Guadalupe Alcala, He spent much of his childhood moving from state to state and as such developed a strong sense of independence. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he studied Advertising and Public Relations and graduated with his bachelors in 2022. Hejoined the Commission in October of 2023 where he works hard to contribute his skills for the betterment of the Latino community in Nebraska. In his free time he enjoys the outdoors, movies, video games, and spending time with his girlfriend
