NELYS is a statewide gathering designed to inspire, empower, and connect Latino youth across Nebraska through education, leadership, career exploration, and meaningful connections with professionals, organizations, colleges, and resources that can support their future.
Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors and community partners, registration is completely FREE for all students.
A symbolic $15 registration fee is required for adults, including parents, teachers, counselors, chaperones, and other adult participants. Adult registration includes breakfast and lunch during the Summit.

8:00 AM – Registration & Check-In
Doors open for student and adult check-in. A light breakfast will be available.
9:00 AM – NELYS 2026 Program Begins
The Summit officially begins with keynote programming, interactive breakout sessions, educational and career exploration opportunities, and connections with organizations and resources from across Nebraska.
Lunch will be provided.
3:30 PM – Summit Concludes
Adult Registration Fee & Payment
The $15 adult registration fee may be paid in one of two ways:
- Electronically: After registration is submitted, an invoice with electronic payment instructions will be sent to the email address provided on this form.
- In person: Payment may be made in cash during event check-in. Please bring the exact amount, as change may not be available.
There is no registration fee for students.
Important Registration Information
Registration Deadline: October 23, 2026
Registration will remain open through October 23, 2026, or until capacity is reached, whichever comes first. Because space is limited, early registration is strongly encouraged.
Submitting this registration form secures your spot at NELYS 2026. Once capacity is reached, registration will close and additional registrations will not be accepted.
Advance registration is required for every student and adult attending the Summit.
To help us provide the best possible experience for students and the adults supporting them, teachers, counselors, parents, chaperones, and other participating adults are required to attend a brief virtual pre-Summit orientation.
During this meeting, we will review arrival and check-in procedures, the Summit schedule, student participation and supervision expectations, and other important logistics so schools and families arrive prepared for the day.
Participation in the virtual orientation is part of the registration requirements for adults attending NELYS 2026. The meeting date, time, and virtual access information will be provided to registered participants in advance.

Once you submit this form, your spot at NELYS 2026 is reserved. Please monitor the email address provided during registration for your registration confirmation, adult payment information and invoice, virtual orientation details, and other important event communications.
NELYS is more than a one-day event. It is an opportunity to remind Latino youth across Nebraska that their voices matter, their goals are possible, and there is a community ready to support their education, leadership, and future.
